Our Early Childhood Education Curriculum
Whether your child is enrolled in our infant program, preschool or kindergarten, his/her day will be guided by trained childcare educators following a well thought out theme-based curriculum.
Each month, Abacus focuses on a single subject. For example, in April, as the flowers begin to bloom outside and the weather warms, our activities focus on ‘The Natural World’. In December, a month of holidays and festivity, we explore ‘Celebrations from Around the World’.
These themes act as lenses through which Abacus children develop essential social, emotional and intellectual skills. Our teachers connect the themes to age-appropriate activities that introduce children to numbers, language, social studies, and the fascinations of science, such as the solar system and magnets.
Every day is different, and every year builds on the last, inspiring our students to enjoy the pursuit of knowledge and learning.
